Join Kyleen Keenan and special guests on a 7-day culinary and wellness tour in Italy, discovering the vibrant plant-based wonders of Rome and Tuscany October 15-21, 2023.

Nourish your body through cooking classes and workshops, and nourish your spirit through guided tours of the Italian countryside, meditation and daily yoga practices.

The journey starts with two days in Rome to learn how to make plant-based cheeses and to explore the city's incredible raw chocolate shops.

We will then travel up the coast to Tuscany to settle into our Villa, an Organic Wine Farm set in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, surrounded by woodlands, vineyards, olive groves, and mountain streams with spectacular views and untouched landscapes.

Our days will be spent learning about wild, edible and medicinal herbs, cooking straight from the garden, learning how to make sourdough pizza, plant-based cheeses, chocolate, hand-rolled pasta all while utilizing local ingredients from right outside of our door.

Your experience will also include holistic plant-based nutrition workshops with Ky, intimate talks with local growers to learn about organic practices and the Italian meaning of ‘slow food,' and special tastings at local restaurants.

Daily yoga and meditation practices, and intimate explorations of ancient towns and natural hot springs will round out the experience to fuel your soul and reset your mind and body.

This experience is 100% plant-based, but there will be options to consume meat/eggs/dairy at restaurants and per request. All menus can be gluten-free.
